Returns & Exchanges
Please note, that we only provide return labels for exchanges and wrongly sent items.
If you have changed your mind or are not completely satisfied with an item purchased online at Brave Scottish Gifts, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of receipt of item(s) to obtain a refund by following the steps outlined below.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition in order to be accepted as a return. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition. Returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice, all packaging, hang-tags and any related accessories and instruction booklets. No refund will be processed for items that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.
Please note that, unless they are faulty, certain products cannot be returned:
• Bespoke customized goods.
• Earrings for hygiene reasons.
• Swimwear and underwear (please note that in the interests of hygiene, swimwear and underwear must be tried on over your underwear).
• Facemasks if the sealed packaging has been opened.
Customers will be notified via email upon receipt of returned or refunded item.
• An additional email will be sent within 10 business days of receipt regarding the status of the return. • It may take up to 10 days for a refund to post to the account utilized for purchase.
•Shipping charges applied to the original purchase are non-refundable.
• Shipping costs for refunded items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
• Discounts.
Refunds for part orders will be processed with the appropriate discount applied, ensuring that all calculations accurately reflect the original discount provided at purchase.
We will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any fraudulent activities, including any attempt to reverse or seek a refund of a valid charge for an order that has been properly fulfilled and delivered to you and is not subject to a right of return.
This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information on your statutory rights, contact your local Trading Standards Office, Citizens Advice Bureau or the equivalent in your jurisdiction.
