If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods to our warehouse within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you a full refund (excluding original delivery charges) upon receipt, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below. Please use the returns form provided with your order so we can process your order efficiently.

The parcel can take up to 7 working days to reach us therefore we recommend that you send items back within 7 days of receipt to ensure the goods arrive to us within 14 days or receipt, so we can process your refund.

Please handle all items with care. Item(s) must be returned to us intact, undamaged and as soon as reasonably possible. When trying on item(s) of clothing please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.
Earrings will not be accepted for return due to hygiene reasons.

Exchanges can only be made for a different size or colour of the same product and are not guaranteed. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned. If an item has been reduced in price there will be no credit.

If We, Brave Scottish Gifts, have sent you wrong, or damaged goods, we will send you a pre paid label to return your goods to us.

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Refunds

We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to our Returns Policy. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card within 5-7 working days from processing your return and will exclude shipping costs. 

If the date on your payment or credit card has expired or for any reason the original card has been cancelled, please contact orders@bravescottishgifts.com so that we can update your payment type and ensure that your refund gets processed correctly. 

If a promotional discount was applied to your original order, the amount charged and eventually refunded if necessary will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level. 

Incorrect goods/faulty product received.
We inspect all products sent before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is not what your ordered or in some way faulty, please contact orders@bravescottishgifts.com immediately quoting your order number and details of the product you wished to purchase and/or stating the problem with the item received and specifying whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Sale stock
Sale stock can be returned for exchange or a credit note.
If the sale item isn’t faulty we will issue you with a credit note only, no refunds are given on sale stock.
Your statutory rights aren’t affected by this policy.
