SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All of our parcels are sent out by Royal Mail & Hermes.
The service is up to a 3 day delivery period but generally arrive next day. It is not a guaranteed next day service so we would encourage you to wait at least 3 days from point of post before contacting us to check where the parcel is.
We will endeavour to post your goods out the same day they are ordered but please allow 1-3 days for processing. During busy periods the process could be extended slightly.
You can also collect from Brave Scottish Gifts, 45 James Watt Street, Glasgow G2 8NF.
Appointments absolutely necessary for collections.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the goods to our warehouse within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you a full refund (excluding original delivery charges) upon receipt, subject to the terms and conditions detailed below. Please use the returns form provided with your order so we can process your order efficiently.
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to reach us therefore we recommend that you send items back within 7 days of receipt to ensure the goods arrive to us within 14 days or receipt, so we can process your refund.
Please handle all items with care. Item(s) must be returned to us intact, undamaged and as soon as reasonably possible. When trying on item(s) of clothing please do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing make-up, perfume/aftershave or deodorant which may leave a scent or marks. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed.
Exchanges can only be made for a different size or colour of the same product and are not guaranteed. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you on receipt of the original item(s) being returned. If an item has been reduced in price there will be no credit.
If We, Brave Scottish Gifts, have sent you wrong, or damaged goods, please use the pre paid label included in your order to send your goods back to us.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
We will issue a full refund for items purchased online that are returned according to our Returns Policy. Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card within 5-7 working days from processing your return and will exclude shipping costs.
If the date on your payment or credit card has expired or for any reason the original card has been cancelled, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can update your payment type and ensure that your refund gets processed correctly.
If a promotional discount was applied to your original order, the amount charged and eventually refunded if necessary will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
Incorrect goods/faulty product received.
We inspect all products sent before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is not what your ordered or in some way faulty, please contact email@example.com immediately quoting your order number and details of the product you wished to purchase and/or stating the problem with the item received and specifying whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Under the United Kingdom's distance selling regulations you have the right to cancel your order or any item purchased online from Brave Scottish Gifts, for a full refund. If you have not yet received your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to arrange a cancellation before the order is dispatched.
All order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your order reference number, within 7 working days starting the day after you receive your order. If your order has been already been processed and dispatched to you, it will be necessary for you to return the goods following our return procedures detailed above. The cost of return and care of the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, therefore we recommend for security purposes, that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.
In accordance with the distance selling regulations we will refund standard delivery charges if the whole order is returned but if only part of the order is returned we are not obliged to refund any of the delivery charge.

If you decide that you no longer want to receive our emails you can unsubscribe at any time by logging into your account, clicking on email preferences, then un-ticking appropriate boxes and clicking on update. We will never sell your details to an unconnected third party for marketing purposes.
